Life imitates art as Disney opens STEM center in Oakland, Philadelphia, and elsewhere with Black Panther money

Have you heard that Disney is donating 1 million dollars from the Black Panther movie to the Boys and Girls Club Of America? The donation will help expand the BGCA’s STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) programming nationally, which includes building a STEM Center in Oakland, California and Philadelphia! As we like to say, life is full of teachable moments, and we’re so happy more children are going to be able to explore them.
