The Reflection Deck
As we put things into the world, it’s worth taking the time to ask the right questions.
We created the Reflection Deck, a collection of prompts based on Read by 4th’s shared values, to help us make intentional decisions and ensure our actions are in line with what we hold important.
Even if you’re not a partner (yet!), we hope these cards inspire, spark meaningful conversation, and offer a moment to shift your perspective.
A few ways to use the Reflection Deck:
Pick one card at the start of a meeting to frame your discussion.
Assign each person a value card to champion as you collaborate.
Arrange the cards in terms of importance, what’s missing, or other factors.
